Healthy Vegan Applecake sweetned with dates



  1. Start to heat up the oven to 175 degrees Celsius 300 degrees Farenheit, preferably warm air
  2. Mix the pitted dates with oil with a handblender or mixer.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients well in a bowl
  4. Stir together dry ingredients with the date ingredients to a fine batter
  5. Spread out in the desired shape, fits just as well in a round as a rectangular form
  6. Cut the fine apple slices and garnish
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes
  8. Let cool 15 minutes before served
