Healthy waffle recipe - Gluten & Lactose free

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Teaspoon Psyllium seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking powder
  • 100 grams of Plant yogurt
  • 50 grams of Raspberries

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a mixer or with a hand blender. Add some cooking oil into a warm waffle iron or frying pan, bake the waffles until they have got a nice brown color. Serve with plant yogurt and raspberries.
