Avocado Toast Time!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Sourdough/levain bread
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1 Avocado
  • 3 Radishes
  • A pinch of Chili flakes

Instructions

  • Roast the sourdough slices.
  • Slices the avocado into nice pieces, the trick is to use a spoon to get out the avocado then you can slice nice shapes. Slice the radish into nice thin pieces.
  • Spread some coconut oil on the toast. Decorate with the avocado, radish and chili flakes. Serve and enjoy!
