Smoothie Bowl – A Fresh way to start your day!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen Raspberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Oats
  • Soy-milk to the perfect texture
  • Topping
  • Kiwi
  • Blueberries
  • Bee pollen
  • Physalis
  • Passion fruit

Instructions

  • Mix the banana, raspberries, oats. If the mixture is to thick ad soy-milk until you have a nice smoothie texture.
  • Top the smoothie bowl with kiwi, blueberries, bee pollen, physalis, passion fruit, lemon balm.
