Simple Veggie burger recipe – Tomato burger with guacamole

Ingredients

  • 200 g Halloumi
  • 50 g Auburgine
  • 3 Avocado
  • 1 small piece finely chopped Red chili
  • 1 grated Garlic clove
  • 1 tsp Limezest
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • Start by cutting the aubergine into thin slices. Brush with oil and cook on the grill or grill pan until you have a nice grilled surface. Mix the avocado, chilli, garlic and lime to a nice guacamole, season with a little salt and pepper. Cut to halloumi into thin slices and grill a few minutes on each side. Cut the tomato in half and mount together the tomato burger!
