Vegan Waffle Recipe

Ingredients

  • Vegan Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Waffle dough
  • 100 grams White beans
  • 100 grams Banana 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon Psyllium Seed Husk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/3 cup Soy milk
  • A pinch of Vanilla Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil

Instructions

  • Start with making the vegan egg. Put the chia seeds in 1/2 cup of water and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to let the chia seeds develop a nice creamy consistency (if you have the time let it rest overnight, stir occasionally).
  • Ad the chia mixture, beans, banana, psyllium seed husk, salt baking powder, soy milk and vanilla powder into a medium size bowl. Mix with a hand blender or in a mixer until you have a nice waffle dough.
  • Take forth a waffle iron, add the coconut oil and bake the waffles.
