Start with making the vegan egg. Put the chia seeds in 1/2 cup of water and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to let the chia seeds develop a nice creamy consistency (if you have the time let it rest overnight, stir occasionally).
Ad the chia mixture, beans, banana, psyllium seed husk, salt baking powder, soy milk and vanilla powder into a medium size bowl. Mix with a hand blender or in a mixer until you have a nice waffle dough.
Take forth a waffle iron, add the coconut oil and bake the waffles.
