Granola bars at it’s best! Crunchy, sweet, nutty, fruit and even oaty. Well, this granola bar recipe is one of our best ones and we make it every week to make sure we always can carry one with us, if the snacktime happens to be when we’re not home. And of course, that’s not too rare.
This granola bar recipe is, like all our recipes, easy and take just a minute. Are you ready? Start!
Granola bar recipe
2 cup Oats
1 Egg
2 tbsp Apple juice (100 % natural)
¼ cup Sesame seeds
½ cup Raisins
2 tbsp Coconut oil (or any other vegetable oil)
¼ cup Almonds, chopped
1 tbp Honey
1 ml Vanilla powder
Topping
1 cup Almond flour
½ cup Raspberries
1 tbsp Honey
100 g Chocolate, at least 70%
Mix all the ingredients for the base together and pour it over in the ovenproof ramekin. Put it in the oven for 1 our, 150 °C (300 oF). While the base is in the oven you mix all the ingredients for the topping together and melt down the chocolate.
When the base is finished let it cool for a while and that assable the bars. Take it out of the ramekin and chop it in to bars.
Of course you can use this granola bar recipe to only the base, the toppings just makes it more fun!
