You love to travel and you love to work out, but how to combine this two? It can be hard when you live in a hotel in the middle of a city you don’t know very well, you have no access to the gym and on top of it there is lots of good food.

1. Use a great body weight work out
Google “body weight work out” and you will find thousends of good work out programs that you can accomplish in your hotel room with just your body for equipment. Get up 30 minutes earlier and then you will have your work out done that day. In the evening your feet will hurt after the funny day of seightseeing and you stomach full of goodies.

2. Combine your seighseeing with exercise
Skip the metro and make your way through the city by foot. Remember: good shoes!

3. Try active travelling
It is so much fun exploring the knew area during funny activities. Try climbing, diving, hiking or more adventurous things such as high ropes.

4. Take a long run
If your not the adventours kind just bring your running shoes and get out early in the morning for a good run. You will get very far in just an hour. This is also a very good way to scout for the days appointments and get back to the most interesting ones later.

5. Hire a bike
In most of the big cities you can hire a bike for an hour or so. You will rent it in one place and you can leave it in another. Very good way to exercise while traveling.
