Banana pancakes is one of our favorite quick treats because you can have it any time of the day, as breakfast, lunch or dinner and everything in between.  It is also very healthy and takes just a minute to throw together. You can either use a handblender or a mixer to get the mixture really mixed so that you don’t get chunks of banana. A non-stick pan is the best way to fry the banana pancakes otherwise it usually get stuck in the pan. A tablespoon of coconut oil is another tip to get more nutrients to your pancakes!
