We both remember the first time we got to taste hummus, it was not good! When we tried to make our own version, we were completely chocked and we got hooked. We now eat it on salads, on bread well an almost everything!
Here are our simple but tasty recipe (for success with this recipe, it is important that you use a strong hand blender with at least 900 watts).

4 people
1 package Chickpeas (320g)
1 tablespoon lemon / lime
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Mix all ingredients, serve to everything!
