Smoothie bowl
This smoothie bowl is a perfect way to start your day. Fresh, healthy and easy to do even if you are a bit tired in the morning. It’s also a great way to add fruits and superfoods into your daily diet. The smoothie was also really popular on our Instagram so we decided to post the recipe on the blog. Follow us on INSTAGRAM if you want daily healthy and planet friendly inspiration. You can add almost whatever fruits and berries you like. A pinch of wheat grass powder would not destroy the fresh taste and feeling of the bowl.

Smoothie Bowl – A Fresh way to start your day!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen Raspberries
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 cup Oats
- Soy-milk to the perfect texture
- Topping
- Kiwi
- Blueberries
- Bee pollen
- Physalis
- Passion fruit
Instructions
- Mix the banana, raspberries, oats. If the mixture is to thick ad soy-milk until you have a nice smoothie texture.
- Top the smoothie bowl with kiwi, blueberries, bee pollen, physalis, passion fruit, lemon balm.
