RawFood Cake with blueberries

Here is a recipe for a delicious rawfood cake. Loaded with good stuff such as cashews, almonds and blueberries. Decorate it with some edible flowers.

RawFood Cake with blueberries

Bottom

1 cup almond flour

1/4 cup coconut flakes

6 dates

1/2 tsp Vanilla Powder

1 pinch of salt

2 tablespoons Soy Milk

Filling

2 cups cashews, soaked overnight

1/4 cup of maple syrup

3 Dates

0.5 tsp vanilla

0.5 cups of salt

0.5 cups almond flour

1/3 cup Soy milk

1/3 cup frozen blueberries

How-To:

The great thing about a rawfood cake is that it is just to mix and voila, it’s done! Then mix all the ingredients to the bottom and spread out into a small cake form. Continue to mix all the ingredients for the filling, distribute and top with blueberries as you press down lightly with a spatula. Enjoy!
